Christian Builders Conference

Atlanta, GA. For builders, contractors, developers and the trades. The venue is chosen by the people coming.

Tickets go on sale if enough people say they want to come.

About

A conference for the people who actually put up the buildings: general contractors, developers, architects, engineers, the trades, suppliers and the entrepreneurs running construction businesses. The programme is keynotes, project showcases and working sessions on procurement, financing, development, and the workforce problem everybody in this industry is living with. Plus an expo floor for suppliers and a lot of unstructured time to meet people who do what you do. Construction is a vocation, not just a contract. The through-line of the whole event is what it looks like to build with integrity — how you treat subs and suppliers, what you do when the estimate was wrong, and how you put up things that serve the people who will live and work in them long after you have been paid.

Why this is a Christian event

Construction as a calling rather than a transaction. Sessions address stewardship of money and materials, integrity in bidding, contracts and payment, honest dealing with subcontractors and suppliers, and building places that genuinely serve the communities they sit in. Speakers are Christians working in the trade, speaking about how their faith shapes decisions on real projects.
