Questions
- What counts as a plan?
- Each plan you generate from a prompt. Checking off steps, adding steps and asking follow-up questions don't count.
- What happens after 10 plans?
- Your existing plans stay available. To make new ones, upgrade to Pro.
- Do people I invite need Pro?
- No. Anyone you invite can view or edit your plan on a free account. They need Pro to share plans of their own.
- What if I cancel?
- You keep Pro until the end of the billing month. After that, shared plans become private to you again — nothing is deleted, and sharing comes back if you resubscribe.
- Is unlimited really unlimited?
- For anyone planning their own projects, yes. To keep the service fast for everyone there's a fair-use ceiling of 40 new plans a day.
- Can I earn more free plans?
- Yes. Invite friends from Your plans: when a friend signs up with your link and makes their first plan, you get 3 more free plans and they get 2. Up to 10 friends.
- Can I get a refund?
- If something went wrong, email support@oabba.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll sort it out.
