For Christian men running businesses, managing teams, investing, or leading inside larger organisations. Small-group roundtables where you actually talk rather than listen, structured mentorship pairing, and leadership sessions aimed at the decisions that are hard because they are lonely rather than because they are complicated. The conversations that tend to matter most here are the ones about what the job is costing at home. Those are on the agenda, not in the margins.

Why this is a Christian event

Biblical leadership for men carrying responsibility at work. Roundtables cover integrity when nobody would find out, stewardship of money and of other people's livelihoods, and the specific pressure a demanding career puts on a marriage and on fathering. Mentorship pairs younger men with older ones who have already made these trade-offs and will say honestly how they went.

Refunds

Your card is not charged while an event is gauging interest or holding reservations. If the event does not reach its target, or oabba cancels it, your reservation is released and you are charged nothing. Once the venue and date are confirmed and your card is charged, you can request a full refund up to 30 days before the event, and a 50% refund up to 7 days before. Inside 7 days tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable — you can pass yours to someone else from your ticket page. If we move the date or the venue after you have been charged, you can have a full refund regardless of timing.
