Deal breakdowns include what the decision meant for tenants and neighbours, not only the return, and the room is a place where Christian investors can be asked hard questions about a deal by people who share their convictions and know the market.

Refunds
Your card is not charged while an event is gauging interest or holding reservations. If the event does not reach its target, or oabba cancels it, your reservation is released and you are charged nothing. Once the venue and date are confirmed and your card is charged, you can request a full refund up to 30 days before the event, and a 50% refund up to 7 days before. Inside 7 days tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable — you can pass yours to someone else from your ticket page. If we move the date or the venue after you have been charged, you can have a full refund regardless of timing.
